Multi Family Housing experience is primarily centered around Field House at Bay Meadows. This 108 Unit complex is Type V construction (light gauge metal frame) over a concrete parking garage, and includes amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, common area for events, and fenced in patios for lower level tenants. Project was developed from entitlement level to finished construction, which required close coordination with the planning department of San Mateo to achieve approved permit drawings. Knowledge of both CBC Chapter 11A and 11B demonstrated as well as coordination of Water Proofing consultants, Landscape designer, Civil, Structural, and MEP engineers.
