General Manifold is an immersive architectural environment installed in the abandoned Federal Screw Works factory in Chelsea, Michigan. A mysterious magenta void is carved from the perceived solid of the factory’s central space, generating a site of geometric complexity, chromatic contrast, and optical distortion. Project completed in collaboration with Anya Sirota, Jean Louis,. and Steven Christiansen. Work exhibited in Fall 2011.
