15,OOO SF interior build-out of a full floor financial service firm at 100 Pine in Downtown San Francisco. This specific client had a history of extremely conservative offices in terms of design throughout the US, however they were looking to push the envelope in the tech-heavy Bay Area without the extra spending. As a result, common areas such as the reception and cafe become design opportunities while the open work areas stuck to more typical palette of ACT, carpet and paint. Work completed in 2016 while at Gensler.
