14,OOO SF interior build-out of a full floor financial service firm at 45 Fremont in Downtown San Francisco. Proof that a project on a restrictive budget can still be a successfully unique design experience for the users. Through the use of bold lighting, custom graphics and a one-of-a-kind reception wall & desk, this project took the typical workplace interior design scheme and turned it up to level 10. The client was extremely pleased with the final product which included exposed concrete floor, open ceilings, open bench workstations, and high contrast color pallet. The small details really made the difference throughout the space, completed in 2017 while at Gensler.
