Located at 555 California St. in the Financial District of San Francisco, this project involved both a full floor build-out and modification of an inter-connected multi-tenant level below. Total area of project was approximately 50,000 sf, and included new reception area, cafe, perimeter offices, work areas, and conference rooms.
