THE BROOKE

The Brooke is a new 4-story mixed use multi-family building with ground level retail, fitness center, lounge space and common outdoor patio.

Similar to the Book Depository, The Brooke will be part of a wave of new development in Southwest Detroit that seeks to invigorate the region with new opportunities for work and living. The 78 units will have an average unit size of 650-700 SF with a combination of 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom rental apartments.
