BRUCE​ FINDLING

​​With a fresh coat of paint applied to the finished drywall of both duplex units, the central idea of community and transparency within each dwelling is becoming expressed to a greater degree. Steel railings for the catwalks and livingrooms have been designed and will further reinforce the horizontal elements which slice through the 23 ft. high ceilings. Cabinets are in fabrication and flooring will be installed by mid-summer, leaving stucco, exterior hardscape, and the install of plumbing, electrical, and  appliances remaining for final completion.​
